This Modern Method of Construction (MMC), carbon zero, community project will deliver 2 new homes in the heart of Arsenal; adjacent to the existing urban centre, in-filling an un-used and un-loved brownfield site as well as 5 new homes in the existing residential areas around Plumstead, including fully accessible and inclusive buildings.

We have been responsible for developing the scheme from RIBA Stage 3 (Planning) through to on-site delivery with MCD Construction.
